Premier Biomedical Inc (OTCMKTS: BIEI) Breakout on Nova Graphene Ballistics, Reverse Merger; Multiple Government Contracts Including DND to make Lightweight Ballistic (Bullet Proof) Armour

Premier Biomedical Inc (OTCMKTS: BIEI) is making an explosive move up the charts in recent days after the Company announced a reverse merger with Nova-Graphene Ballistics, Inc., whereby Nova-Graphene will emerge as a debt free publicly traded Company operating out of its state of the art 12,000 sq ft light industrial facility in Knoxville, Tennessee, where it manufactures and sells products made from graphene, the hardest substance on earth. BIEI trades at a $4.5 million market valuation and has engaged in a holding company reorganization, so as to avoid any dilution whatsoever, to Nova-Graphene Ballistics, Inc. from the historical debt instruments. Also, BIEI OS is maxed out so the Company and or third parties cannot issue any new shares and for the time being and going forward at least 3 months BIEI will have zero dilution which is very rare on the OTC.

Reverse merger stocks can be more explosive than biotech’s when the incoming Company has real value but is undiscovered to inventors and we have watched many OTC RM’s go from under a penny to multi dollars in recent years. Nova-Graphene Ballistics, Inc. is one of those rare situations; the Company has won multiple government contacts and just recently finished two defense-related contracts. Nova-Graphene is also currently finalizing a contract with Environment Canada to put graphene into tire rubber to minimize tire wear and consequently minimize the microplastics wearing off the tires and going into the environment as well as a $975,000 contract extension to its current contract with the Department of National Defence of Canada to make lightweight ballistic (bullet proof) armour. Premier Biomedical Inc (OTCMKTS: BIEI) is a clean recently gained “pink current” Colorado corporation which was originally incorporated on May 10, 2010 in the State of Nevada. Previously the Company developed a number of pain relief products which they began selling in early 2017 to address the rising opioid addiction problem. The Company is in the process of changing its name and ticker symbol with FINRA and OTC Markets to Nova Graphene Ballistics, Inc.

Nova Graphene Ballistics, Inc. is currently working with multiple government agencies in Canada including the Department of National Defence and Environment Canada. Earlier this year NG Ballistics joined in the Canadian business delegation led by the Canadian Trade Commissioner Service (TCS) to the leading car seat manufactures in Shanghai China where Nova Graphene introduced the R&D efforts of the company in graphene applications in fibers, plastics and thermal ink, along with other Canadian delegate companies in the car seating supply chain. Nobo Auto and Magna Seating were impressed with the emerging technologies brought to their attention, such as NG’s graphene-enhanced materials. The Company is also developing 3D printable ballistic plates for use in bulletproof vests and you can find out more about that here.

jsinohio (@jsinohio) / TwitterOn December 20 Nova-Graphene Ballistics, Inc. (NG Ballistics) (OTC PINK: BIEI), now a Colorado corporation, announced today its restructuring and reconstitution as a marketer and seller of graphene products incorporating a proprietary low-cost methodology to produce graphene, the hardest substance on earth and one of the best conductor materials on earth. Many experts predict that graphene will take a preeminent position in the electric vehicle industry because it is harder than diamonds, stronger than steel, lighter than most metals, with a superior conductive material. Therefore, it is extremely well suited for manufacture of, particularly electric car batteries as well as semiconductors for military applications. Historically, the impediment to the wide scale adoption of graphene has been its cost. However, Nova Graphene Ballistics partnered with Nova Graphene Inc. and Nova Graphene Canada, to unveil high quality, innovative graphene products, using a low-cost graphene production methodology.

Graphene’s specifications sheet reads like a founding member of the book of superhero materials. Graphene is 200 times stronger than steel, million times thinner than a human hair, and a thousand times more conductive than copper. Add the fact that it can withstand temperatures of 1300 degrees Fahrenheit and is impenetrable to most acids and is not susceptible to rust – graphene is truly a miracle substance.

As produced by this team, in the 12,000 sq ft light industrial facility, our graphene can be defined as a single layer of carbon atoms bonded together in a hexagonal, sheetlike structure. So, the question is, “Why hasn’t this miracle substance dominated the fields of medicine (can be used a biomarker), the electric vehicle industry (as a key conductive material in electric car batteries), the semiconductor industry (as a conductive material), and the personal safety industry (as a key material such as in body armor)? The answer is complicated, but the easier answer is that manufacturing graphene at scale and still making the product economically has been a challenge. NovaGraphene Ballistics partnered with Nova Graphene Inc., and Nova Graphene Canada to fill this void. It will immediately employ its proprietary production methodology to manufacture a revolutionary, proprietary 3D-printed ballistic armor. The revolutionary garments are designed as a lightweight, perfectly fitting protective wear, virtually impenetrable. Nothing could be better suited for law enforcement and military personnel, offering unparalleled, superior protection over competing products with great comfort.

Female form' bulletproof armour to be 3D-printed in Dartmouth | SaltWireDirector Paul Beasant (also CEO of affiliated Nova Graphene Canada), is excited to be working with the NG Ballistics team: “We look forward to this opportunity, partnering with NG Ballistics [NovaGraphene Ballistics, Inc.]. With this relationship, I look forward to bringing this next-gen technology to the market. This will enable us to fast-track our commercialization of 3D-printed ballistic plates, to help safeguard our military personnel.” The Canadian branch, Nova Graphene Canada, is just commencing its third defense contract with the Canadian federal government. This novel graphene-enhanced technology facilitates effective, lightweight ballistic protection, while improving mobility, performance, and survivability. Actual production will occur at the Tennessee facility.”

NG Ballistics CEO, Dr. Gabriel Vlad, aerospace design engineer, added: “Much of my focus will encompass the conductive transmission properties of graphene in addition to its inherent strength, as applied to critical components used in both defense and commercial applications. As a pilot and retired servicemember, we must always be able to protect physically but also to track our troops and air, land and sea assets and enable them with all the proper gear and sensor data fusion to get them the best situational awareness to help them make better decisions in the theater. Likewise, law enforcement will also be able to track, enable/disable components in the gear and get a real-time data on complex evolving situations via optical power and data networks woven into the wearables. And finally, as an aerospace engineer, I am continuing my work on increasing not only the structural strength of any aircraft/rotorcraft/tilt-rotor via the use of graphene, but also use some of its properties for the real-time in-flight structural defects and stress analysis, etc.”

Currently trading at a $4.5 million market valuation BIEI OS is maxed out at 1,098,879,075 shares out of 1,100,000,000 authorized meaning the Company cannot issue any more shares and for the time being and at least the next 3 months there will be zero dilution on BIEI, very rare on the OTC. BIEI is an exciting story developing in small caps; a reverse merger and the incoming Company Nova-Graphene Ballistics, Inc will emerge debt free with multiple government contacts including a $975,000 contract extension to its current contract with the Department of National Defence of Canada to make lightweight ballistic (bullet proof) armour. BIEI has quickly attracted a fast-growing shareholder base that is heavily accumulating at current levels and looking for a move over $0.0057 and a blue-sky breakout high into the multi pennies just to start. We will be updating on BIEI when more details emerge so make sure you are subscribed to newsytrends.com by entering your email below.
